Posted Nottingham Honey Badgers welcomed Notts TV down to their new home at The Forest earlier this week to talk about the Superbowl and how interest in the NFL is helping the team recruit for the 2018 season.
The local news crew interviewed Tom Snee, the Badgers’ Head of Recruitment & Retention, discussing the rules of the game and why flag football has seen such a surge in popularity in the last few years.
The TV appearance came off the back of the club’s most successful ever Rookie Camp, with more than 15 players coming down to give flag football a try.
The Honey Badgers are still actively recruiting for players, so whether you are interested in the NFL, a complete novice, or someone looking for a new sporting challenge, come down to our training sessions at Forest Recreation Ground, held every Saturday between 10am and 12pm.
